We are currently hiring proven CRM experts to help grow our Salesforce.com implementation practice. This role, Salesforce.com developer/configurator, will be responsible for successfully designing, developing and implementing Salesforce.com applications. In this capacity he/she will be an expert in CRM-application development, business processes, application functionality, and working knowledge of Salesforce Objects, APEX Programming language, Javascript, WSDL tool, SOAP, and Java and software development methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

' Setup, configuration, and testing of salesforce.com to customer specifications.
' Provide integration of salesforce.com to other web-based or on-premise systems
' Provide salesforce.com development services with Apex
' Adhere to project plan, schedule, and budget.
' Create and maintain project and support documentation
' Assist in development of customized demos

Experience - External:
Requirements
' Previous Salesforce.com implementation experience and hands on configuration experience.

' Basic relational database, programming and web technology skills required on 2 or more of the following:
- Object oriented programming principles
- JavaScript
- AJAX
- HTML
- .NET
- VB.NET
- C#.NET
- JSP/ASP.NET

' Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
' Previous technical support and consulting experience a plus
' Good communication skills
' Ability to manage schedule
' Other CRM experience a plus
' 4-year degree or equivalent in a technology field
' Must be a motivated team player with a strong work ethic
