Senior Specialist - CRM Applications

The Senior Specialist, Client Relations Management (CRM) Applications role is to support the Firstwave and Salesforce.com internal applications. This support includes delivering technical support to end users in the organization about how to use Client Relations Management/Sales Force Automation (CRM/SFA) software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives. The Senior Specialist is responsible for assisting in the design, delivery, troubleshooting, and improvement of SFA/CRM software applications. This person must have a working knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reporting, and Salesforce API, security, administration, and configuration. The Senior Specialist is responsible for testing the interoperability of application modules to other MA internal applications such as HR, Finance, and PSA. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of internal systems investments.
OTHER DUTIES:

All program development within Salesforce and integration to other MA business applications.

Documenting business and technical requirements and resulting unit test scripts. Working with the Enterprise Applications and IT teams to conduct change management activities necessary for a successful system implementation.

Participating and possibly coordinating in the execution of functional unit testing, user role testing, data analysis, and integration testing.

Will work under general supervision and in a team environment.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university.

5-7+ years CRM application support experience. Prefer at least 2 years of SFDC experience.

3+ years experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) – development, stored procedures and queries

Knowledge of SFDC AppExchange modules such as Cast Iron, GPS Radar, Apex Mobile, Demand Tools, Partners Relationship Management (PRM), References Online, Offline Edition, Outlook Edition, FormFactory, Query Amp and DBAmp a plus.

Project Management experience a plus.

New User Group Leader
Hi Atlanta User Group!
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Carolee Bender and I am the new Atlanta User Group leader. I am currently an administrator for Borland Software and have been an admistrator for approximately two years.
As you are aware, the Atlanta User Group has been a bit hit or miss over the last year or so. I hope to change this by bringing consistency to the group and establishing a solid membership. The success of the group will depend on my ability to focus on the needs of the members.
