Summary

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the CRM platform and supporting all field sales, inside sales, consultants and sales management personnel.

 

Job Functions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Adhere to and implement all Soporex policies and standard operating procedures

Maintain all aspects of CRM platform (SalesForce.com)

Develop required reports for field sales, inside sales, consultants and sales managers

Perform all lead management functions

Analyze lead and opportunity pipelines

Proactively identify cross selling opportunities and individual vertical market opportunities

Import new patient lists

Provide sales and consultant education as applicable. Education may include but is not limited to:

Basic SFDC functionality

Report desgning

Dashboard designing

Workflow

 

Support sales and consulting personnel as directed by the Supervisor

Support orientation and training of other personnel at the direction of the Supervisor.

Participate in meetings as applicable

Participate in conferences and conventions as applicable 

Other duties and responsibilities as defined by the Supervisor.

Maintain continuing education as necessary for performance of job responsibilities

Perform other duties as defined by the Supervisor

Qualifications

 

Education and Experience

Completion of SFDC administration and development training

Computer Science background helpful

Previous sales operations experience with SFDC preferred, but not necessary

Home respiratory care, DME or other related health care experience is preferred, but not necessary

 

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

N/A

 

Communication Skills

Must be able to clearly communicate verbally with patients and other personnel

Must be able to clearly communicate via written correspondence to inside sales, field sales, consultants, management and other personnel


 

Analytical Skills

Must be able to review sales data and discern non-compliance with Soporex’s policies and procedures
