Atlanta User Group - All Hands On Deck!
We are looking for some energized Salesforce.com users to make 2009 a successful year for the Atlanta team. There are a few areas in which I will need some assistance:
- March 5, 2009 is the date scheduled for the next Success Tour in Atlanta. We would like to create a quick meet and greet with a very soft agenda before the Success Tour begins. I would like to have any suggestions on potential sponsors for the "Lunch Mixer".
- I am looking for someone to work with me in leading this team for 2009.
- Ideas on meeting locations - we would need a location large enough to accommodate at least 100 people - preferably at no cost.
- Ideas on potential sponsors for meetings in 2009
I have a few ideas and am excited about sharing them with the team.

Hi Pamela. While I personally am not located in Atlanta, my company - Astadia- has our CEO and a huge contingent of SFDC experts headquartered there and I am sure I can muster some folks to help. Call me (Brian Connell at 972-865-1460 bconnell@astadia.com)and I can share what I have been doing in another part of the country in growing their groups exponentially and/or talk to the leaders of the groups in KS City, Nebraska, Iowa, Grand Rapids/Western MI, Iowa etc, to see the results that we've delivered and hear our recipe for success! Hey all. Recent Admin. Enterprise. Inherited 3 years of spaghetti from earlier admins who ran or were canned. Looking to enforce best practices on old users. I have been told to refrain from the use of violence, but intimidation should be okay. All suggestions welcome. Best Regards, Mike
