Announcing
the Austin User Group and Leader!
David Franklin has volunteered to lead the User Group for Austin, Texas. He is the Technical Operations Manager for GENBAND in Austin where he has worked the past seven years. This is a role he took in June after several acquisitions drove the demand for full time Salesforce management. Prior to this, David was GENBAND’s Professional Service and Training Manager. His company has been using Salesforce since early '06 and uses the Unlimited Edition with 152 users. David is a strong proponent of AppExchange and utilizes the online tools and web forums provided by salesforce.com to generate a successful CRM experience and to improve the corporate business processes. He is excited about starting the user group in
Austin and is eager to learn and explore new practices with the group.
We are very excited about the launch of the Austin user group and hope that you will be able to participate with David on a regular basis.
