Comments
The first and third responsibilities of the Global Sales Ops Director include a description of a "best sales practices research study." Such studies are almost always flawed for two reasons:
1) Use of the wrong research methods, including: a)interviewing top salespeople b) management directed outcomes.
2) Attempting to load multi-branching complex sales processes into digital software systems. Coincidentally, the most productive sales processes are digital.
We can provide consulting to assure an easy-to-use, highly efficient sales process.

Salesforce would be just that much better if it would make it possible for users to use keystrokes instead of a mouse. When I have to program Salesforce (created Product Catalog) and in other situations, all of that mouse use caused major repetitive action strain.
