Our client, a tier-one venture backed B2B Services and Software Company, has exclusively engaged us to help them hire a Sr. Application Developer to lead the design, architecture, development, and ongoing support of their enterprise Salesforce.com CRM solution that supports their Marketing, Sales and Services teams. The role reports to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with managers in Marketing, Sales, and Services to understand the business needs; Gather requirements and work with various parts of the organization to create meaningful Salesforce.com reports and dashboards.
• Internal expert in Salesforce application functionality, technology, customization, and development.
• Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements; write technical approach and design documentation supporting business needs; create development and integration plans.
• Identify and implement new Salesforce.com features and functions, (new screens, workflow, APEX code, force.com objects, reports, etc.) in response to business needs.
• Conceptualize creative solutions that are consistent with the business requirements, its enterprise architecture, and the intended usage and capabilities of Salesforce.com
• Contribute to other areas of business automation and supporting technology.

Requirements:
• 5 + years of Salesforce.com Architecture, Design, Development, Administration and Operational Support required; Salesforce.com Certified Developer preferred.
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
• Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit - Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs.
• Strong web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, HTML, XML
• Strong SDLC experience
• Technical skills: XML, HTML and CSS, SOAP, XML, JavaScript, AJAX
• Working knowledge of data warehousing, Informatica ETL, Informatica and PowerExchange.
• Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA)
• Object Oriented Development Skills (Java, .Net)
• Advanced knowledge of data management, SQL and RDMS technologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work in team environment with varying skill set levels.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required.
