Sales Operations Administrator

Job Description:

·         The Digital Reef sales team needs a talented, strategic Administrator to manage sales activity in Salesforce.com and other CRM-type tools.  This person must thrive in a faced-paced environment, be comfortable being a key part of the sales team and managing the data entry frequency and accuracy of the sales team.  They must have successfully demonstrated the ability to modify or customize Salesforce.com to fit the needs of a dynamic and changing sales organization.  This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.

Requirements:

·         3 + years of experience administering salesforce.com

·         Must have the ability to:

o   Map sales processes into CRM and be nimble enough to react to frequent process changes.

o   Customize necessary management team reports and dashboards based on company KPI’s

o   Run weekly pipeline and forecast reports

o   Develop reports and metrics to provide visibility into weekly sales team activity

o   Observe and report on sales trends such as “average sales cycle,” average sales price,” “average time between sales stages,” etc.

o   Manage all sales support tools and materials in CRM

o   Develop and maintain customer reference database within CRM

o   Monitor and report on weekly changes in pipeline activity

o   Be meticulous about data accuracy and integrity

o   Support partner activity and use of Salesforce.com
