Hello everyone!

My name is Jackie Nugent.  Myself and Ami Heap are your new Leaders of the Cleveland SF Local User Group. 

Who am I?  I am currently the Manager of Salesforce.com for CBIZ, Inc.  Prior to joining CBIZ, I worked at Agilysys, Inc. where I was first introduced to Salesforce.  I have been using the application for over a year and absolutely love it.  I look forward to every new release -- Summer '08 this week!

What is the local SF User Group? The first User Group meeting I attended was held last month and I look forward to many more.  We had a good turn-out and had some great folks from SF review the Summer '08 release with us!  I strongly encourage you to become involved with this group; it's a wonderful way to collaborate, meet new people and discuss the different ways companies are using Salesforce.

We have 'tentatively' scheduled August 15th for the next User Group meeting.  The meetings are typically held quarterly, but we are open to having more if that is what the group would like.  Someone, like yourself, volunteers to "host" at their company's location.  The meetings have typically been held on Friday mornings from 8:30AM - 11:30AM.  The Agenda is decided by the UG Members -- YOU!!  Please post comments and send us your ideas.  We'd love to hear from you!!!
