Job Description:
Innovar Group is currently working with a client in Denver, Colorado to recruit a full time Sr. Salesforce.com Developer.
This Developer must have a strong business acumen and offer a strong ability to interact and manage the needs of end users. They must also be the technical SME for upgrades and changes to the Salesforce.com Application. They will be responsible for production support as well as special projects around the CRM application.
Skills: 2+ years of experience with administration and configuration of Salesforce.com CRM. 4-5 years experience with OOD preferably in Java/J2EE (Strong .NET experience mixed with Salesforce.com will be reviewed equally) Strong experience with SOAP messaging or other messaging languages (XML messaging, JMS) Strong experience and capability of interacting with business users, understanding requirement, business process, and workflow. This Company is embarking on an SAP implementation in its Americas operations, and they are currently looking to add an experienced CRM Business Systems Analyst to be based in their Colorado office location. This individual will design and implement CRM solutions in several areas that focus on providing standard CRM functionality to meet business requirements. You will partner with key business users across the organization including North and South America.
Responsibilities
The position will report to the Director – Business Solutions within the IT organization, and will primarily focus on the following:
• Provide CRM expertise for the existing CRM system, and leadership in the upcoming project to re-evaluate the CRM environment.
• Design and implement CRM solutions in several areas that focus on providing standard CRM functionality to meet business requirements.
• Ability to apply CRM functional knowledge and expertise for technical and functional design sessions / meetings.
• Responsible for the creation of training plans and providing CRM application training.
• Defining and implementing CRM business best practices, adhering to company’s business standards for functional processes.
• Conducting detailed analysis sessions with end users and business SMEs.

Requirements
• Local candidates preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, statistics, engineering, or IT
• 5-7 years of CRM functional experience including implementations. SAP experience a plus.
• Experience in unit testing CRM, developing/testing application interfaces, and integration testing.
• Proven experience in facilitating design sessions, gathering business requirements, developing process flows, and developing technical design specifications
• Proven functional skills within CRM
• Experience in an FDA regulated environment desirable
• Experience with leading CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
• Strong customer service, communication, teamwork, and people skills.
• Demonstrated fiscal awareness.
• International implementation experience
• Hands-on experience with proven capabilities in configuration, developing configuration designs, and systems / business analysis
• Strong problem solving skills with ability to analyze and resolve issues.
• Ability to apply CRM solutions to common business problems.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management systems.
• Ability to work with a team and willingness to take on new challenges while delivering on time and on budget with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to perform research activities and recommend changes and improvements to functional processes.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel. Demonstrated working knowledge of multiple business models.
