Finland

Next user group meeting 4th, June, 2008

Salesforce.com User Group Finland has finally established and now the user group is up and running.

Salesforce.com organise local user groups for their customers throughout the world.  We organized a brief kick-off meeting last salesforce.com event in Helsinki, where we had a small number of users and Juha Kivikoski from our Stonesoft corporation presented experiences and shared ideas from their work with salesforce.com.

Aim of this group is to give you and other existing salesforce customers the opportunity to share best practices with each other and learn more how to use the system. In addition, we give you an opportunity to ask us about the latest salesforce news.

My name is Mika Ahokas, the Business Development Director at Digium Oy, and I have agreed to host next meeting at Keilasatama 5, Espoo and work as a user group leader in 2008.

As the purpose of the user group is to encourage discussion we have a brief agenda which will leave plenty of opportunities for discussions:

·         Introduction to the Helsinki User Group, the purpose and background

·         Experiences and news from the Dreamforce conference in London

·         Overview of the features in the Summer 08 release

·         An overview of Kone's global CRM programme, discussing best practices and key learnings (presented by Suvi Miettinen, Kone Global CRM Manager)

I hope that you can join us at Digium, Keilasatama 5, Espoo, 11:00-13:00 4th, June. Salesforce.com will serve a light lunch to participants.

Look forward to see you on the 4th of June.

With best regards,

Mika Ahokas
