Has anyone used the survey application from Pollzter on Appexchange? I am interested in hearing some suggestions or ideas regarding use. Anyone using the app with Eloqua campaigns and having it integrate with SFDC to create the surveys?

I haven't used the Pollzter application but we do use the Clicktools product. What is Eloqua not doing for you?

So what's the verdict for a survey tool - pollzter? clicktools? eloqua?

We use clicktools. Two issues:

1) When a salesforce contact submits a survey, their results are attached to the contact record as "private", not "public". No option. That's annoying.

2) Salesforce data is not available in the clicktools results. The only data available is what you pass in the URL to the survey...Not too keen on passing too much customer information in the URL.

Those are my two complaints about clicktools, otherwise it's quite sufficient.

Anyone planning on attending Dreamforce this year?
