<description>We use clicktools.  Two issues:

1) When a salesforce contact submits a survey, their results are attached to the contact record as private, not public.  No option.  Thats annoying.

2) Salesforce data is not available in the clicktools results.  The only data available is what you pass in the URL to the survey...Not too keen on passing too much customer information in the URL.

Those are my two complaints about clicktools, otherwise its quite sufficient.</description>
