Are you a new to Salesforce? Do you feel like you are getting the most out of your system? Maybe you don't have an expert administrator that setup your company account.
We are pleased to welcome Randy Kidd of Salesforce to share with you information on how to best implement the Salesforce application to get the best use out of your system . Here are a few things he will cover:
Apps to address include:
- SFA
- Service and Support
- Ideas, Content, Sites
Areas to cover:
- Creating Objects, Fields
- Workflow and Approval
- Reporting

Already know how to do all these things? Please come and share!! We are looking for customers to share how they have implemented Salesforce in their own organizations and share some best practices to the group.
Please RSVP if you plan to attend by June 12, 2009 at 12pm noon to dlaffey@ricssoftware.com.
