Announcing the Johannesburg User Group

We are pleased to announce the first user group for salesforce.com customers in Africa.  Michaela Voller of Dimension Data has volunteered to be the local leader and hopes to host a first meeting in March or April.  Dimension Data implemented Salesforce as its sales force automation platform globally. With the initial systems roll-out complete, the focus of attention turned to the people and process issues with the aim of driving business benefit and sales effectiveness. In her role, Michaela focuses on the adoption of a standardized sales process which ultimately decreases the cost of sale, improves productivity and increases sales effectiveness.

Michaela has experience in implementing and project managing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SFA (Sales Force Automation) tools including E.piphany, Siebel and Salesforce.com.  Michaela is a graduate of the University of Natal, South Africa where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science.

Please sign up for this user group so that you can stay informed of  meetings and events. We hope you will get involved!

We are currently using salesforce for our service centre in Johannesburg. We are now in need of experienced salesforce users to maintain the system and design / create new functions and reports on a continual basis. Are there any interested individuals for this position?
