11:00 to 11:15 - Check In and get your lunch

11:15 - 11:30 - Introductory Comments

11:30 - 12:30 -- Break Out Groups - (Birds of a Feather)  During the last meeting we determined that various users has various needs and believe it makes sense to provide opportunity for those who use SFDC to gain insight from their direct peers.  We will break out into small gorups for about an hour to work through various tips and tricks.  Be sure to bring your questions/problems AND solutions that you have found helpful.

12:30 to 1:15 -- General Discussion and Update
Each group will provide a quick recap of what was discussed and their 5 key learning points to share with the entire group.

1:15 - 2:00 -- Mini Admin Class
The Mini Admin Class will be led by Brian Connell with Astadia who has worked on countless numbers of installs and will provide an overview of key administrative functions and challenges.

Our goal in this session is to demonstrate a format for future meetings so that all attendees can see how they can personally and professionally benefit from participating in the KC - SFDC - User Group.

Be sure to bring your questions AND your answers to share with your peers.
