What would be good would be a meeting before each new release is rolled out into production. This way users can share in the knowledge of any new functionality/benefits/issues other users may have found in the pre-release phase in sandboxes.
Regards, Paul

Hi James
Looking forward to the next event, drop me a line when you have a place and date.
Maybe to coincide with the next release date? Perhaps to discuss Winter '10, Salesforce release schedules, how these effect Salesforce customers, how they stay up to date with features, etc.
Regards
Phil

I am not sure how many small businesses are running salesforce but as a company of just 5 people it would be great to find out more about how we can better utilise the various applications. I have built our business with SF at the centre of everything we do but with no IT person in-house, it falls the owner-manager to learn how to do everything and would be good to know what to implement!
