Link Multimap to a salesforce.com Account or Contact. Clicking on the link will show you a map of the selected address, saving you time with looking it up in a street directory.

To setup
A new Custom Formula of type text will need to be created for the Account and/or Contact.

Copy and Paste the appropriate code from the attached document into the formula.

Multimap requires the use of a two digit country code, for example US (for the Unitied States), AU for Australia. Many customers prefer to have the full country code on file for mail purposes. This will require the case component of the formula to be amended to match all country code/description pairs that are likely to be required.

Updated details for first user group.

We are pleased to confirm details of the first user group meeting in Melbourne. The meeting has been changed to incorporate the Salesforce city tour launching the Winter '06 release. This provides us with access to the US based product managers who will devulge details on future releases of Salesforce.
