First Meeting
Hello Everyone,
Sorry it has taken awhile to get this going but we are ready now to have our first meeting. I would like to suggest that we meet July 24, 2008 somewhere downtown. There are approximately 45 People that are interested therefore if anyone can suggest a location that can accommodated this number of people or at least 25 people as I am sure some people will not be able to attend.
I would suggest a meeting time of 7:00 PM Please let me know if you intend on attending.

Hi James,
I would love to attend BUT, (isn't there always a "but"...), we are closed for the two week construction holiday and I am out of town. I am sure many are. in the same position. Make it the first week of August and I am in!

Hi James:
I'm interested in a user-group meeting. My schedule is flexible and the 24th sounds great to me.
As for a location, I'm sure that there's a bar or club that could accommodate, especially if the meeting starts earlier.
What, in particular, are you hoping to accomplish with the meeting? Is it purely a networking event?

I'm a CRM Specialist Consultant, servicing customers on business analysis of sales process and software implementation.
I'd like to attend the next user-group meeting. Is their a date scheduled?
