Sales Metrics that Matter
Join our discussion on Sales Analytics, with special guest speaker Darren Cunningham, Director of Product Marketing at LucidEra. Darren is one of the folks I follow closely on Twitter. He'll be doing a presentation titled "Do You Have the Sales Metrics that Matter?". It's a timely topic, as we all look to bring greater clarity to our sales revenue forecasting in 2009.
Implementing Sales Forecasting / Lessons Learned
At the last NHUG meeting, Tracy Jones (Global Manager, CRM at Thermo Fisher Scientific) asked if any other NHUG members had implemented Salesforce Forecasting for their organizations. There were grumbles and groans all around. It's not a trivial exercise to turn this feature up, and get it right. Tracy offered to do a presentation on how Thermo Fisher deployed Forecasting, and share some of their "lessons learned".
Tips and Tricks
Have a SFDC-related problem that you need solved? Want to learn some new tips and tricks? Bring one problem or dilema that you need solved, and see if our team of user group members can help provide the answer or solution you've been searching for! As always, we preserve the last 30 minutes for networking, open forum discussion, tips and tricks -- and neat features coming in the Spring'09 Release! NOTE: This segment is a little more difficult to hear on the conference bridge (as speakers are around the room, away from the microphone), so my early appologies to the remote participants if you can't hear us!
RSVP Requested:
Please post a reply comment on the NH User Group Blog, if you plan on attending. Who should attend? SFDC New Hampshire User Group meetings are generally targeted towards the SFDC "champions" within an organization. This includes administrators, implementers, power users, developers, etc. It's a great chance to network with other Salesforce.com users.
Invite a work colleague to join you! Chances are you'll both take away different ideas from the discussion topics, and will be able to talk about them during the commute home or back at the office. If you do pass the invitation on to others, please have them register for the New Hampshire User Group here: http://usergroups.salesforce.com/new_hampshire/
