Hi. I have just joined your blog which is very interesting and have reviewed your powerpoint presentation. I am currently looking at CRM capablity within HR/Recruitment and would like to talk to any of your members who have implemented this solution in their environment. Thanks Trehan

Can anyone confirm this is another option?

I would also like hands on experience. I am not sure about the rest of the group but I am a learner by doing. Be great if we could set up areas where we can work on our laptops and go through these sessions hands on.

Craig,

Thanks for hosting an informative meeting last night. It was great to meet others at a similar level using Salesforce.

The new feature presentation by the SF team was helpful, but to long with only a small amount of context. As an alternative it would be great if they could come along to the focused sessions and help apply these features.
Cheers... Matt

Kirsten and Craig,

Thanks for all you work on this, very good to get some spoon feeding on the capabilities.

I think you hit the nail on the head with your comments about experience level.
It might be valuable for us to learn more about the capabilities of the higher platforms, as I notice little from last night is applicable to the group edition.

Cheers

Thank you for hosting the event and providing the venue.

I personally enjoyed the presentation last night. Was fantastic to know I wasnt alone in my lack of Salesforce experience. Great to see so many new users.

I went home last night and went through click and drag, leads to calendar and got a excellent response from our Reps this morning.

Thank you again. Looking towards being involved moving forward. Kirsten

Hi Kirsten, Not sure if you got an answer to this. I wasnt at the Westin event so not sure if you mean the following on setting up Tabbed Accounts view: http://wiki.apexdevnet.com/index.php/Tabbed_Accounts_in_30_seconds
Its a bit technical but hopefully its what youre looking for.

Cheers,
Stephen

Hi, I am a complete newbie to Salesforce, this is my sixth week of interaction. I have to say, it has to be one of the best I have used. I went along to the Seminar at The Westin in Auckland last week and covered in that was Tabbed Accounts. This would be awesome for what I am doing with our reps as I think it would be an easier layout for them to grasp. Can anyone please steer me to where I can get detailed instruction?
