Next user group meeting: Wednesday, February 13
MEETING TOPIC: We will focus on two topics at our next user group meeting, based on suggestions at our last meeting. First, we'll have a look at reporting -- what are the best ways to view the data you need to see? Then we'll take a look at a couple of ways of customizing your Salesforce org: record types and page layouts. Please come prepared for an interactive session -- bring your tips and questions and we'll learn from each other.
LOCATION: Earthjustice 8th floor conference room, 426 17th Street, in downtown Oakland. The location is two blocks from the 12th Street/City Center BART station and multiple AC Transit bus lines or one block from the 19th Street BART station.
LUNCH: A free lunch will be provided.

We talked about the need for documenting processes in order to have a clear set of specs and also about how much diagramming is too much.
