במפגש עלו מספר שאלות, להלן תשובה שקיבלתי משרה לגבי ניהול אנשים פרטיים ללא ארגון.

(גם את שאר השאלות העברתי לסיילספורס, אבל בגלל שהן היו ממש ספציפיות למשתמשים אנא צרו קשר ישירות עם שרה.)

Q:  Is there the possibility of entering individuals as contacts (personal account?), and if so, what is the best way to do so?

A:  1) Individual contacts can be entered in the nonprofit template by default with no adjustments in a straightforward way using tab 'New contact' - it by default creates a household and an individual contract.

      2) If the nonprofit is using the generic template, you have to activate Person Accounts. You can see information on this in the Help and Training. For example please find attached a cheat-sheet I found in the Help and Training section - (to activate Person Accounts you basically log a case online).

      There is a new Nonprofit version of salesforce that will also allow individuals to be created without an account as an out-of-the-box solution. This will be available at the end of the month. I don't know yet if this will work as an upgrade yet, so I would not suggest this upgrade account as an option to existing users at the moment.
