Tasks Reports and Documents Search
במפגש האחרון עלו שתי שאלות:
1. כיצד ניתן לראות משימות של אנשים אחרים?
2. כיצד ניתן לחפש גם מסמכים?
והנה התשובות:
1. If you run an Activities report you will be able to see all users Tasks and Events. All you have to do is Click on your reports tab|Create New Custom Report|Select Activities Report then you will Select the information you would like to see in your report.
2. You can enable the search bar for documents by going to Set up|Customize|Home Page Layouts and then Clicking Edit next to your Layout and marking Document Search to true.
