We are happy to announce that MK Partners, Inc. has released its long anticipated SaaS TEa and will be presenting it at our meeting!  Saas TEa is a great tool to allow your employees to easily input all their expense reports and time cards with little risk of human error.  Employees simply enter basic information pertaining to the time card (period, billable category, related client, number of hours, notes) or the expense report (period, billable category, related client, description of expense, dollar amount, and general ledger code) and SaaS TEa does the rest.  And the best part of Saas TEa is that it is all done inside of Salesforce.com!  This allows employees to fill in their information and submit it for review immediately from where ever they are able to access salesforce.com.

SaaS TEa will greatly enhance the ease and functionality of your company's time card and expense report submissions, as well as provide a great analytical tool to transform these reports into meaningful data!

There will be time for general Q&A after MK Partners presentation - we welcome beginners to advanced users.

Please RSVP to pvanriper@treepeople.org

Meeting frequency - next meeting

Due to work loads and the challenge of arranging a meeting topic every month, we have decided to change the meeting frequency for our group to every other month.  Therefore, the next meeting will be held Thursday, June 4th.  Mark you calendars now and we'll post details as we get closer.  If you have any requests for what you would like to see covered at future meetings please email either of us.

Learn about Google Docs and Salesforce

The Salesforce Foundation kindly provided us with a webcast they produced about Google Docs and how it can be integrated and used through Salesforce.  The presentation is less than a half hour and gives a great overview.  Check it out.

Glenn and Chris were nice enough to supply us the slides from the presentation.  The presentation is attached here for your perusal.
