Non-profits in South Africa are currently using Salesforce to 

• create an effective Monitoring and Evaluation tool to track the effectiveness of client interaction, 
• collate Service delivery statistics accross a city
• record client participation in services (ie they have created a record keeping system on Salesforce)

With so much happening on Salesforce already right here in South Africa, we thought it best to start this user group by profiling existing use of the user group.
