Crystal Reports
- Crystal Reports allows for post processing of reports
- It makes "pretty" reports, with features such as a different color font based on value, and a formula that creates a phrase with the data, and two data combined in one cell
- Standard report creation wizard, with templates, such as a calendar
- Usability: Many reports can be created by someone with basic skills. others require custom code, which would require a tech person. It is intuitive for Users to access reports
- If there is already a report in Salesforce, you can pull the report as a data source from Salesforce into Crystal Reports
- Tip: Ensure that the information is simple as to avoid problems with reporting in the future
- Users discussed how they would use CR to enhance reporting at their respective organizations. (using different sources to create reports)
