How do I switch to the Nonprofit Starter Pack?
The Salesforce Foundation is doing live webinars where you can see how to install the starter pack and ask any questions you might have:
http://www.salesforcefoundation.org/donationWebinar
Today's webinar was recorded and can be found here: https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/462600711
All
information regarding the Nonprofit Starter Pack and functionality
including the link to where the packages are located can be found here:
http://www.
Some Reminders from the Salesforceforce Foundation team:
-This installation does require resources and understanding of the Salesforce platform.
-Your organization is responsible for the installation of these
packages. Salesforce.com is not providing support with this
installation. Resources on this transition are available through our
partners at www.salesforcefoundation.org/
-All existing active users of Salesforce can only install these
packages by following the steps outlined during the webinar and on the
NPSF wiki. We cannot change accounts once a nonprofit account has been
activated.
See conversations from our community on current installs of these packages at http://groups.google.com/
