August Webinar - What & Why? Forget about the How for now...
Greetings -
This month's user group will be in Webinar format on Thursday, August 27th from 11:30am to 12:30pm.
Yes, that's right no need to travel!
Session Topic
What do you need and why from your CRM Solution and Why?
Topic Description
What do you need and why from your CRM Solution and WHY is the focus of this month's Orlando Salesforce.com User Group.
This
online interactive meeting will focus on this incredibly important
question that is all too often glossed over when determining the custom
CRM solution. We've all been involved in projects -- CRM related or not
-- that started with a great idea based on a need, opportunity, or pain
points in an organization. If the project delivered failed to thrill,
wasn't adopted fully, or just plain doesn't meet the original need, you
can bet the real driving need of the project somehow got lost along the
way.
It's a common problem that can be
avoided if your organization devotes itself to the (boring to most)
task of fully defining WHAT is needed and WHY. In successful projects
the HOW comes only after that.
Not sure how to make it happen in your world? -- Don't miss this meeting!
Have a WHAT and WHY you'd like to see featured? Let us know in your RSVP, we may be able to cover it as a real-world example.

March Meeting Cancelled :-(
Dear Group Members,
Tina & I have decided to cancel the meeting for March. Our assumption is due to economic times most are unable to make the meetings. Last month we had a great agenda lined up and fewer people showed than people that actually RSVP'd. I'm going to make an extra effort to increase attendance for April's meeting so you won't want to miss it.
I will post the date and venue for April's meeting as soon as it is confirmed to give everyone plenty of time to plan.
We apologize for any inconvenience,
Tina & Joshua
