  • Salesforce 101: Adding Business Logic using Apex triggers - Nebojsa Zgonjanin (a.k.a. Nash)
    Adding Business Logic using Apex triggers. Nash will give us a presentation on how to use Apex triggers to implement more sophisticated logic within Salesforce. Nash will show us an example of how a trigger can be used in Gridpoint's Lead Management tool to link the incoming leads back to the email campaign.

  • Deep Dive Presentation:  Case Study - How Gridpoint Systems has evolved their web site into a lead generation tool - Kevin Caputo.
    How Gridpoint Systems has evolved their web site into a lead generation tool
    working in a constrained budget environment . Kevin will take a deep dive into how Gridpoint was successful in reaching out to over 1500 target prospective customers and partners who had positively responded to their "call to action" email campaigns by downloading Gridpoint's web collateral. He will review the key components of the template that demonstrates cost effective, targeted Marketing campaigns that are directly linked to clear ROI metrics.
