Ottawa Salesforce User Group meeting – Sept 19th 8:30-10:30am

  • Salesforce 101 Presentation & Discussion on Time-Based Workflow by Ursula Llabres of Salesforce.com.

 

  • Deep Dive Presentation & Discussion on how improving the sales process can significantly improve sales effectiveness and CRM adoption. Susan Englehutt of Sales Performance International (SPI) – Canada will show us “4 Levels” of sales process maturity, how company’s sales process measures up and roadmap for linking sales process with Salesforce.com. She will also illustrate how "level four" organizations realize remarkable performance differences such as 11.6% higher quota attainment, 13.5% improvement in win rates of forecasted deals, 185% improvement in cross selling and up selling, 143% improvement in selling value and avoiding excessive discounting, etc. - and maximum CRM adoption rates.

SPI’s Sales Process Mapping method defines a unique sales approach for each client’s selling environment. It has been adopted by CEOs and CSOs/VP Sales as insurance for CRM adoption by providing a foundation for measurable sales behaviour change which maximizes selling effectiveness and leads to sustainable revenue growth. SPI customers have achieved, on average, 16-35% sustainable improvement and the highest levels of CRM adoption.
