The agenda for the meeting is as follows.

• Salesforce 101 Presentation & Discussion will be a presentation from Salesforce on "what's new in Winter 09".
• Deep Dive Presentation & Discussion will be a presentation from Craig Kasperski of ExactTarget on their AppExchange tools to create, deliver and track high-impact emails that leverage your Lead and Contact data. Their unique approach lets you deliver dynamic content - unique content (copy, images, links) to each individual Lead or Contact - and send messages on behalf of your Lead, Contact and/or Account Owners to drive a one-to-one relationship.  With ExactTarget, there is no data synching. Instead, you keep your data where you want it. ExactTarget access your data directly from Salesforce to create, deliver, and track your email messages.
• Networking Break
• Group Think - Open Questions & Answer. Please bring your salesforce related questions. Hopefully others in the meeting will be able to help you in finding an answer/solution to your questions.
