A post-implementation case study on migrating from Salesforce Professional to Salesforce Enterprise. The additional complexity of merging two organizations into on will also be presented. (This is likely NOT a Salesforce 101 Presentation)
- Deep Dive Presentation & Discussion on Lead Assignments presented by Irene Brodt.
A granular view of quickly and efficiently dealing with incoming leads.

- Group Think - Open Questions & Answer. Please bring your Salesforce related questions. Hopefully others in the meeting will be able to help you in finding an answer/solution to your questions.
