Please join us for our next Ottawa Salesforce User Group meeting on Thursday January 22nd between 8:30-10:30am.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

  • Welcome
  • Salesforce 101: Presentation on What it takes to make Major Changes in your CRM presented by Richard Hall and Celina Levesque.
    A post-implementation case study on migrating from Salesforce Professional to Salesforce Enterprise. The additional complexity of merging two organizations into on will also be presented. (This is likely NOT a Salesforce 101 Presentation)
  • Deep Dive Presentation & Discussion on Lead Assignments presented by Irene Brodt.
    A granular view of quickly and efficiently dealing with incoming leads.
  • Networking Break
  • Group Think - Open Questions & Answer. Please bring your Salesforce related questions. Hopefully others in the meeting will be able to help you in finding an answer/solution to your questions.
  • Next meeting date, topics and location
