Meeting Notes from August 26, 2008

At our August 26 Phoenix User Group meeting, we had a lively but small group turnout again. My thanks go to Joy Daniel from  Morris, Hall & Kinghorn, for presenting Conga Merge, and to Brad Phillips from Salesforce.com for a live demo of Access Hoovers. If you would like to download a copy of these slide presentations, or my own regarding PeopleImport, please click on these links:

For our next meeting, sometime in October, we plan to have one of our members discuss demand generation using Salesforce.com and ExactTarget, an AppExchange product. We also plan to present new feature highlights in the Winter '09 release. For our next meeting we plan to try a new location somewhere in central Phoenix to attract more members who work closer to that area.

I am also always eager to hear from any members who would be willing to share a brief case study of any significant success achieved within their own organization using Salesforce.com.

    Best Regards,

David Gildar, Phoenix User Group Leader
