April Meeting Recap
Thanks again to all that came to April's meeting.
- We dissected the connection between Apex (Nuts and Bolts) and the salesforce.com environment (What you touch).
- Covered 3 functions that every admin should apply right away.
- After that the group worked on a number of core issues
- Basics of Cases and how Solutions can be applied.
- Lead tracking from campaigns and websites through the environment
- Outlook integration with salesforce.com
Our next meeting will be in 2-3 months. Most meetings revolve around particular features. Instead I am looking for volunteers that are willing to demonstrate key issues with their particular salesforce.com environment and we as a group will solve them. Think of it as Group Consulting. Should be an interesting meeting.
