Cathy Lamothe has volunteered to assume the position of User Group Leader for Portland, OR.  Cathy is a project lead for the salesforce.com administrative team at Liberty Northwest Insurance (LNW).  Cathy has 36 years of insurance experience and for the last ten years she has served in more of a technical support role (e.g. training, technical specialist, project management, procedure/technical writing).  Two years ago she worked with the rest of the LNW administrative team to implement salesforce.com to 80 users throughout the Northwest (including branch offices in Oregon, Idaho & Montana).

We are very excited about the launch of the Portland user group and we hope that you will be able to participate with Cathy and other users in the Portland area on a regular basis.  She will be working with Jonathan Sol, CSM, to make the Portland local user group a huge success!
