Topic: Sorting Through Reporting

Devon Kapler, a seasoned SFDC system administrator, will explore reporting in Salesforce.com. Based on feedback from attendees, Devon will cover a range of reporting topics including:

  • Opportunity Report types
  • Report Formulas
  • Custom Report Types
  • Analytical Snap Shots
  • Creating Custom Fields to enhance reporting
  • Naming Conventions & Organization

Devon has been a Salesforce.com system administrator for 4 years and before that, worked with Enterprise clients on Salesforce.com implementation and enhancement as a representative of Accenture. Devon currently manages Salesforce.com for goAUPAIR.

Meeting Location: LANDesk, 698 West 10000 South, South Jordan UT 84095.
There are two buildings right next to each other, and we are meeting in the taller of the two. We are meeting in conference room 11A. There are only two entrances to the building, one on the first floor, and one on the second floor. If you come in the second floor entrance, you'll see the elevators and can take those down to the first floor; if you come in on the first floor you just need to walk past the reception desk and turn right down the hallway, it's your first door on the right.
