Vistage has broadened its reach into the world of Small to Mid-size businesses with the deployment of SalesForce.com and is seeking a talented administrator to help translate the business needs and strategies into the best use of this and other related technologies.  The successful candidate will have a “user friendly” style, be creative and innovative and be comfortable working with users at all levels, and far more at the C-level than most organizations.  He/she will be quick, articulate and able to help get to business practical solutions for users.

This position will be responsible for the planning and analysis of business systems requirements for Salesforce, system changes or enhancements in coordination with business users, management, other IT resources and/or vendors. Works with business partners to identify practical solutions to business problems using Salesforce. Will be responsible for the administration and ongoing support of Salesforce and other technologies related to Salesforce

            Preferred Experience:

·        B.A. in management information systems, computer science or equivalent experience.

·        2 or more year’s hands-on experience with the configuration and ongoing administration of Salesforce.com.

·        Experience with Salesforce.com API, SOAP messaging and integrations with other enterprise applications.

·         Experience in analysis of business process, workflow and modeling.

·         Experience working in a task-oriented environment by where project management practices and disciplines are the key method towards job execution.

·         Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
