Hi Kim-
I have a study completed by Aberdeen on a large number of companies using CRM with a sub-sction on SFDC and specifically focused on best-in-class organizations. It turned out that many of those best-in-class companies worked with Astadia. Drop me a line and I will forward you that study and hopefully it will give you some of what you are looking forward in benchmarking your organization.
